No Guarantee of Results: Faro.io Corp does not guarantee that using these tips will result in increased sales, revenue, or business success. You agree that Faro.io Corp is not responsible for any business losses, lost sales, or other damages resulting from your reliance on the information provided in the App. Use your own judgment and professional discretion when applying these tips.
2. Subscriptions and Billing
The App offers a subscription service that grants access to premium content.
A. Pricing and Billing Cycle
Monthly Subscription: $4.99 per month
Annual Subscription: $45.49 per year
B. Free Trial
We offer a 7-day free trial for new users. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the trial period, you will be automatically charged for the subscription plan you selected.
C. Payment and Renewal
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
D. Cancellation
You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase. Deleting the App or your account within the App does not cancel your subscription.
3. Accounts
When you create an account with us (via Sign in with Apple), you guarantee that the information you provide is accurate. You are responsible for safeguarding the device you use to access the App. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
4. Intellectual Property
The App and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Faro.io Corp and its licensors. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.
5. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Faro.io Corp, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App; (ii) any content obtained from the App; and (iii) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
8. Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our App after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
