Faro.io Corp ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how your personal information is collected, used, and disclosed by the Daily Sales Tips mobile application (the "App").

By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

1. Information We Collect

We have designed our App to minimize data collection. We do not maintain our own separate backend servers for user data; instead, we rely on trusted third-party infrastructure.

A. Personal Information

We collect limited personal information only when you voluntarily provide it to us via Sign in with Apple. This may include:

  • Email Address: (If shared via Apple Sign-In, or a private relay email provided by Apple)

B. Transaction Information

We do not collect or store your credit card or payment information directly. All payments are processed through Apple's App Store. We utilize RevenueCat to manage subscription status and validate receipts. RevenueCat may process an anonymous App User ID to track your subscription status.

C. Usage and Technical Data

We may collect anonymous usage statistics and crash reports to help us improve the App. This is collected via:

  • Apple App Analytics (Standard Apple telemetry)

  • RevenueCat (Subscription events, renewals, and cancellations)

We do not collect precise GPS location data or unique device identifiers (like IDFA) for advertising purposes.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data for the following purposes:

  • To Provide the Service: To authenticate you via Apple Sign-In and unlock premium content based on your subscription status.

  • To Manage Subscriptions: To verify your trial or subscription status via RevenueCat.

  • To Improve the App: To analyze crash data and usage trends to fix bugs and improve performance.

Because we do not maintain a proprietary backend database, the majority of your data is stored within the Apple ecosystem.

Requesting Deletion: You have the right to delete your account. You can perform this action directly within the App settings. Upon deletion, we remove the link between your local device and our subscription management system. Please note that deleting your account in the App does not automatically cancel your Apple subscription; you must cancel your subscription in your iOS Settings to stop future billing.

The App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete such information.
