4. Subscription and Payments

Charm operates on a subscription model at $5.99/week following a 3-day free trial. Payments, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are managed through Apple's App Store. You must cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid charges.

5. User Consent Mechanism

Users explicitly consent via click-through agreement upon subscribing or using the App.

6. User Responsibilities and Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse Charm by:

8. Intellectual Property

All content and functionality of the App, including AI-generated responses, remain the intellectual property of Faro.io Corp. Users retain rights to their original contributions but grant Charm a license to process and store them as needed.

9. Third-Party Services

Charm integrates third-party services (OpenAI, Google Gemini, RevenueCat, Apple StoreKit). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We disclaim liability for any issues arising from third-party services.
